Issue:
- Failed to download XML file when connected to the USB camera.
- Only 1 camera setup.
Solution:
1. unplug all the component from your PC and also the camera
2. connect only 1 camera to the PC
3. try the same port with the 2nd camera
4. if both working, unplug everything again.
5. try the camera 1 on the second usb port
6. try the camera 2 on the second usb port
7. verify that the camera is working or not.
