Issue:
- Random error happen when running application.
- Error: "Payload data has been discarded. Payload data can be discarded by the camera device if the available bandwidth is insufficient."

Solution:
- Issue caused by processor synchronization.
- Customer PC does not support cross platform system (overcross between 2 processor).
- Solve the issue by synchronize the 2 processor when running their application.
- Not camera/frame grabber card issue.
- Issue caused by multicore CPU to multiCPU system where few physically separate CPU on one motherboard.
