Issue:
- The USB3 camera cannot detect to pc.
- The green LED behind the Basler acA2040-90um camera is not turning on.
- Found that the camera is operating as USB2.1 device in the Pylon USB Configurator tool.
Solution:
- Try to unplug the USB cable and reconnect the camera back to the PC, the camera will detect as USB2.1 device when it is not plugin properly.
- It is a common connection issue for USB devices. When connecting the camera must plug in probably, if not then the PC will detect as USB 2.1 device even replug in again.
- When this issue happen, have to unplug the USB cable from both the PC and camera side and reconnect back for the connection.
