There are few steps for the solution.
1. Increase the maximum number of the filter driver.
2. Increase the maximum filter count in the Windows registry at the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Network\MaxNumFilters
3. Run > Regedit to edit the maximum filter on registry.
4. Reboots and reinstall the pylon viewer.
