- To determine the version of the firmware currently in your camera, start your web browser and access your camera with the Basler Surveillance Web Client. In the web client, expand the System parameters group, and click on the Info tab. The Info tab will have an entry that indicates the current version of the firmware in the camera.
Check the Firmware Download section of the IP Camera website to see if a newer version of firmware is available. If newer firmware is available, download it to your computer.
