The Intel USB host is sending very aggressive LPM (low power management) packages to the camera which can sometimes de-synchronize the host and camera during PC startup. By default, the low power management setting in Windows 10 is hidden. To un-hide that setting, please execute the following command in a windows console: % powercfg -attributes 2a737441-1930-4402-8d77-b2bebba308a3 d4e98f31-5ffe-4ce1-be31-1b38b384c009 -ATTRIB_HIDE This will show you the right settings within advanced energy management. You are now able to modify the LPM settings within the energy options:
- Right-Click on the windows Logo
- Click on "Power options"
- Click on "Change plan settings"
- Click on "Change advanced power settings"
The following window appears:
Please then select Off in the USB 3 Link Power Management section.
