Solutions:
1. Check with the USB 3 cable used.
2. Check with the USB connection. Is it plug in properly to PC?
Connection issue will lead the USB 3 camera cannot be recognized by PC. When the USB 3 camera is plugged partially to PC, PC will detect it as USB 2.1 device even re-plugged it again.
