The answer is yes. 

For Basler area scan camera, there is a function called "Stacked ROI" that allow you to do a selection on multiple Regions of Interest (ROI) and then stack it into an image and print it out. Other than this, you can also use the sequencer feature to acquire the image based on different ROI plus the different offset value to crop the region that you want to use.
