Problem:
-Failed to call "PylonImagePersistenceSave" function in Eclipse software.
-Failed to use "PylonImagePersistenceSave" in mingw.

Solution:
- MINGW only support "PylonImagePersistenceSave" function in linux, not supported in window.
- Basler have not tested MinGW on windows.The document using Pylon4Linux.
